🔹 Your Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate BIM projects from planning through to successful delivery;
Manage project teams, resources, timelines and budgets;
Coordinate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams;
Develop, maintain and enforce project programmes and scope;
Monitor project progress, ensuring quality standards, deadlines and deliverables are achieved;
Oversee BIM workflows and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards;
Manage project changes, identify potential risks and drive effective solutions;
Ensure clear communication and coordination between all project stakeholders.
🔹 What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in Project Management, preferably within the construction or BIM industry;
Experience working on highly serviced buildings and technically complex projects;
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong understanding of BIM processes, workflows and methodologies;
Flexibility and agility in adapting to project requirements, design changes and evolving priorities;
Proven ability to develop, maintain and enforce project programmes and scope;
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills;
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project stakeholders;
Fluent English.
