Oversee residential construction projects, ensuring compliance, safety, and timely delivery while managing teams and documentation.
- Apply comprehensive building and construction knowledge to oversee project execution and compliance.
- Interpret and utilize drawings to guide construction activities and decision-making.
- Lead teams independently to achieve project goals and maintain operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage building and construction administrative documentation accurately and autonomously.
- Ensure compliance with current Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, authorities, and contractors to facilitate project progress.
- Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment.
- Proficient in private housing construction.
Required competencies and certifications
- Relevant certificates in building and construction field.
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Basic CAD knowledge.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the building and construction field.
- Own transport preferred.
- Demand high level of detailing.
