CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

• Identify and resolve project risks and construction issues.

• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction project management experience.

• Knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is an advantage.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
