Summary
The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of construction projects, including design, tender, and site execution, while ensuring quality and safety compliance. The role involves coordinating with clients and consultants, monitoring schedules, and managing project costs.
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee full project lifecycle from design, tender, and construction to handover.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) and health & safety (HSE) requirements.
- Conduct design and site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Review design drawings for constructability and value engineering opportunities.
- Monitor site progress, schedule adherence, and cost performance.
- Lead project reviews, manage variations, and resolve site issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building or construction project management.
