Summary
Oversee building projects in Singapore, coordinating teams and ensuring compliance with regulations, budgets, and safety standards from start to finish.
· Plan, manage, andsupervise construction projects from commencement to completion.
· Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
· Prepare and monitorproject schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
· Ensure all works complywith project specifications, contract requirements, and Singapore buildingregulations.
· Lead site meetings andcoordinate project activities to resolve technical and operational issues.
· Monitor siteproductivity, quality of work, and project costs.
· Ensure compliance withWorkplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
JobRequirements
· Diploma or Degree inCivil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years ofrelevant experience in construction project management in Singapore.
