Summary
A construction Project Manager/Senior Project Manager role in Singapore leading civil and general building projects from planning through completion. Day to day involves managing schedule, budget, quality and safety, coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities, and ensuring BCA compliance.
· · Lead and manage civiland building construction projects from planning to completion.
· Oversee projectschedule, budget, quality, and safety performance.
· Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
· Manage site teams andensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor project progressand resolve technical/site issues promptly.
· Conduct project meetingsand prepare progress reports.
· Ensure compliance withBCA regulations and company standards.
Job Requirements
· Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
· Minimum 5–10 years ofrelevant Singapore construction experience.
· Experience managingbuilding projects with main contractors preferred.
