Construction Project Manager

Roundhouse is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily residential construction projects in the Boise area. You'll own projects from pre-construction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and the teams that bring each building to life. What you'll own
- Manage multifamily construction projects day to day, including timelines, budgets, and work plans
- Lead a project team of contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Build and manage project budgets, approve subcontractor invoices and change orders, and mitigate risks to cost and schedule
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, and adjust them as the project changes
- Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to contract terms and project specifications
- Support procurement of materials and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections, manage safety protocols, and keep all work compliant with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, vendors, and stakeholders, with regular progress updates
- Anticipate construction challenges and solve them before they become delays or cost overruns
- Exercise sound judgment on budget approvals, contract negotiations, and risk management
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of construction project management experience in multifamily or similar construction
- A track record of managing large-scale residential or multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and Boise-area building codes
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners
- The ability to travel to job sites across the Boise area
A leg up if you have
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
