Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Semiconductor Construction to support construction projects in Boise, Idaho.

The Project Manager will lead project execution from planning through construction, commissioning, and turnover, with responsibility for field coordination, subcontractor management, schedule and budget oversight, client communication, and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from planning through construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, project stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate field execution across subcontractors, vendors, engineering teams, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, EHS, and field supervision.
• Monitor construction progress, manpower, material readiness, project milestones, and critical-path activities.
• Identify field constraints, schedule risks, design conflicts, procurement delays, and other issues affecting project delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary construction interfaces, including mechanical, electrical, process, controls, utilities, cleanroom, and tool-installation activities as applicable.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Support commissioning, punch-list completion, turnover documentation, and client acceptance.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and leadership regarding project status, risks, priorities, and required actions.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with project safety, quality, technical, and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction project management or closely related project execution experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction projects in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or other complex industrial environments.
• Strong field execution and subcontractor coordination experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, change orders, and client relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and technical project documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Boise, Idaho and support project schedule requirements as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor fab, cleanroom, MEP, process utility, or tool-installation experience.
• Experience with commissioning, startup, turnover, and construction closeout.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, or similar construction/project-management tools.
• PMP, PE, OSHA 30, or other relevant project/construction certifications.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite position supporting active construction projects in Boise, Idaho. The role requires regular coordination with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders and may require schedule flexibility based on project needs.
