CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER / Senior Project Manager/Project Manager
Summary
The Construction Project Manager oversees the end-to-end implementation of construction projects, managing teams and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery. The role requires extensive experience in high-rise building projects and adherence to local building and safety codes.
· Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
· Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
· Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations.
· Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues.
· Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and specific healthcare facility requirements.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; a degree recognized by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-rise building projects, with at least 1 completed project cycles.
