Construction Project Manager

You will manage contractors and work packages on site, covering schedules, quality, safety, and costs. You will act as the main contact for landowners, the city, and partners, and report weekly progress against the master schedule while escalating risks early.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractors and work packages, including schedules, quality, safety, and costs
• Serve as the on-site contact for landowners, the city, and partners
• Report weekly progress against the master schedule
• Flag risks early

Requirements

• 10+ years delivering large industrial or data center construction
• Experience leading general contractors and MEP subcontractors on site
• Fluent English
• Finnish language skills are a strong plus
