Construction Project Manager [SL]

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and managing assigned sections of the project in accordance with the approved organisation structure.
• Prepare, monitor, and update detailed work schedules to ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Implement company quality management systems, ISO procedures, EHS requirements, and applicable environmental and green building practices.
• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contractual obligations, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on technical matters, submissions, inspections, and project documentation.
• Monitor subcontractors' progress, workmanship, and compliance with project schedules, technical requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Track project costs, expenditure, and variations against the approved budget, highlighting potential cost issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate project personnel, monitor productivity, encourage teamwork, and ensure adherence to established work procedures.
• Maintain project records, prepare progress updates, and carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.
