Construction Project Manager [SL]

Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of construction projects from commencement to completion.

Develop construction programmes, manpower plans, and work schedules to achieve project targets.

Monitor progress, costs, resources, and project performance, taking corrective action where necessary.

Identify construction risks, coordinate solutions, and minimise delays and operational disruptions.

Manage project contracts, subcontractor agreements, consultancy arrangements, claims, and progress payment assessments.

Monitor project expenditure, cost forecasts, and financial reports to support effective cost control.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities on project requirements and technical matters.

Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to identify design discrepancies and constructability issues.

Coordinate design interfaces across different components of integrated developments, where applicable.

Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, BCA requirements, SCDF requirements, MOM requirements, WSH standards, and project specifications, as relevant to the works.

Oversee quality control activities, site inspections, and safety compliance throughout construction.

Lead project coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders.

Supervise and guide site engineers, coordinators, and other project personnel to support effective project delivery.
