Position: Construction Project Manager, TW Logistics / 物流工程專案經理
此職位將負責專案規劃、執行、追蹤與交付，確保專案依照預定時程與目標完成。您將與多個跨部門團隊及海外合作夥伴密切協作，透過有效的專案治理、風險管理及數據分析支援決策。此角色同時重視工程專案管理能力與資料導向管理能力，包含物流營運專案、PMO環境或大型營運轉型專案觀察路徑。
What will you do?
• 主導專案規劃、執行與交付，確保符合業務目標與時程要求。
• 協調跨部門團隊及利害關係人，推動專案落地與問題解決。
• 建立並管理專案進度、里程碑、資源配置及甘特圖。
• 主動追蹤專案風險、異常事件及問題升級流程。
• 分析專案與營運數據，提供改善方案與管理洞察。
• 與海外團隊進行英文溝通與協作，支持跨國專案推動。
Basic Qualifications
• 具工程專案管理或專案管理相關經驗。
• 具跨部門協調及溝通經驗。
• 具風險管理、問題追蹤、回報與升級能力。
• 具專案排程規劃、里程碑管理及甘特圖管理經驗。
• 具英文溝通能力，可與海外團隊協作。
• 具數據分析、數據管理或報表管理經驗。
• 具電商 / 物流 / 配送 / 供應鏈相關經驗。
Preferred Qualifications
• 具 Dashboard、KPI 管理或 BI 視覺化經驗。
• 具數據或營運分析背景。
• 具跨場域大型專案交付經驗。
• 具 CAD 軟體使用經驗。
