HK Construction is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Construction Project Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crew members, coordinate projects, and help ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Manage crew members and assign employees to jobs.
Coordinate schedules and oversee multiple construction projects.
Communicate project updates, jobsite needs, and potential delays.
Review and approve material purchases within company guidelines.
Track labor, materials, and other project expenses.
Manage job costing, budgets, and project profit – and – loss reports.
Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.
Identify cost overturns and help maintain project profitability.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
Construction experience or a strong understanding of construction operations.
Leadership and crew management skills.
Knowledge of job costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Experience with material purchasing and project scheduling is preferred.
