Construction Quality Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR Mission:

• Represent Integration Services throughout design, construction, and closeout phases; attend discipline-specific workshops and design workgroup meetings
• Lead development and assessment of procurement strategies for Corpnet, FF&E, AV, ROIP, and Telecoms; manage Bills of Materials and supplier quotes
• Produce Integration Requirements Document and Drawings by 60% Design phase, establish Early Access and Beneficial Use milestones and phasing requirements
• Act as full-time on-site Integration Services representative; coordinate all integration scopes, stakeholders, and interdependencies during construction
• Oversee quality control per DIV01/DIV27 specifications, manage Defects Liability Period, snagging, and handover processes using Nexus software
• Lead and champion Health & Safety standards and High-Risk Activity compliance on site with daily oversight
• Support Stage Gate 3 handover to Operations, coordinate Project Closeout documentation and lessons learned

YOUR SKILLS:

• Extensive experience as Quality Manager or Integration Manager on large-scale data center projects
• Deep expertise in data center specifications (DIV01, DIV27), quality control, and Defects Liability Period management
• Strong knowledge of Corpnet, Telecoms, Security, AV, ROIP, and FF&E systems integration and procurement
• Proficiency in Nexus software or similar quality/project management tools; experience with Early Access and Beneficial Use phasing models
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coordinate complex interdependencies across multiple project teams
• Strong leadership presence with visible on-site availability and Health & Safety focus
• Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication)
