Construction Shop Foreman
Path Construction is seeking a motivated, self-driven Shop Foreman to join our Arlington Heights, IL team. This position plays a key role in supporting our projects by maintaining equipment, performing small engine repairs, delivering materials to job sites, completing general shop and office maintenance, and sourcing parts, tools, and supplies.

Requirements
- Class C Driver’s License, or ability to get one within 3 months
- Knowledge on driving truck and trailers, NON-CDL requirement
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to learn how to run construction equipment around the shop
- Basic construction knowledge
- Ability to shop for best price on parts and accessories
- Ability to work on equipment and tools
- Basic automotive mechanical knowledge
