Construction Site Manager / Coordinator & Supervisor & Planning Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities for marine and offshore projects.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, schedules, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, shipyard personnel, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress to achieve project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
- Attend project meetings and resolve technical, operational, and site coordination issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures throughout project execution.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and timely completion of assigned works.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding, ship repair, or shipyard projects.
- Experience in mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, or instrumentation works is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of project planning, site coordination, construction methods, and HSE requirements.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
