Construction Site Manager

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and schedules.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building regulations.
• Ability to read construction drawings and project specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is an advantage.
