CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER
Description
Manage and supervise daily construction site operations.
Plan, coordinate and monitor construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
Supervise site workers, subcontractors and project teams.
Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Monitor project progress, manpower deployment and site productivity.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety briefings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers and subcontractors.
Prepare daily site progress reports and update project management.
Monitor construction materials, equipment and resources.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Relevant experience in construction site supervision or project management.
Good knowledge of construction methods, site operations and safety regulations.
Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage workers and multiple site activities.
Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
