The role
Job Offer: Site Foreman
We are looking to hire a Site Foreman with solid experience in residential building to join our technical team in the Barcelona area and surroundings. We are looking for a profile with leadership capacity, results orientation, and commitment to quality and safety on site.
The selected person will be responsible for directing and coordinating works on-site, ensuring the correct technical execution of projects, compliance with established deadlines, and the effective management of assigned human and material resources.
What you'll do
- Plan and organize works on-site according to plans and technical specifications.
- Coordinate internal staff and subcontractors to ensure an optimal work pace.
- Control the reception, use, and storage of materials and resources.
- Supervise and enforce occupational risk prevention regulations.
- Resolve incidents in an agile and effective manner during the execution of the works.
- Communicate progress and possible setbacks to the corresponding managers.
- Verify that execution complies with established quality standards.
