Job Description: Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for a Project Superintendent in commercial and industrial building.
The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following:

· Coordinate Field Activities· Schedule tasks, project resources & field coordination including but not limited to Subcontractors· Enforce safety· Site visits· Prepare daily reports· Cost control· RFI’s· Change orders· Value Engineering
Qualifications:

· Qualified individual will have successfully executed minimum 5 projects in the range of $5 million to $20 million· Must have 5+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training· Must be able to read Blue Print & Specifications· Must have federal or public work experience· School construction experience an advange· Computer Skills: email, Microsoft word, excel, RFI· Excellent verbal and written communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to , , , , , , or .
