Construction Site Supervisor
Summary
Oversee on-site construction activities, manage resources, and ensure project execution aligns with plans, drawings, and safety standards in Singapore.
- Report to Project Manager, Director.
- Plan and control the execution of the project. Confirms the manpower, machinery and materials requirement on site.
- Check thoroughly drawings, specification and instructions received and also highlight their discrepancies and work changes to the Manager/Site Manager. He also monitors and updates drawings.
- Supervise site works.
- Co-ordinate matters pertaining to site progress, manpower, plant and machinery deployment, mobilisation schedule, storage and access areas.
- Confirm the site progress reports for the purpose of progress claims, monitoring project activities and proposed corrective actions.
- Verify works done by workers.
- Receive and confirm client’s instructions of variation works.
- Raise purchase requisition and check materials delivered to site.
- Analyse the cause and effect of actual and expected deviations from the current project program.
- Provide feedback of project performance to the Manager.
- Manage the quality of work at site.
- Control and minimise wastage within the set targets.
- Ensure housekeeping.
