Construction Site Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce workplace safety requirements.
• Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor work progress and prepare site reports.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to workers.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of construction practices, workplace safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Possession of relevant construction safety certifications is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction industry required.
