Construction Site Supervisor
Summary
Oversee daily construction site operations, supervise subcontractors, ensure quality and safety standards, and manage a team of migrant workers.
Job Description & Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist project engineer carry out supervisory roles on the day to day operation on the site
Supervise the sub-contractors work progress on site according to the work schedule
Checking on the quality of material to ensuring of workmanship to achieve the target of schedules.
Lead a team of inspectors and to handle incoming, in-process and finished goods issues in a timely and orderly manner.
Assist project engineer coordinate and oversee all the structural / architectural works on site
Assist engineer monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
In-change and supervise a team of the migrant worker daily operation work
Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices
Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese (speaking and writing) is a must.
While experience in a related field is a plus, we welcome motivated individuals without experience. We are committed to your development and will provide comprehensive training.
Able to start work within short notice.
