Position: Construction Superintendent

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: Full-time

Qualifications:

• Must-have background Commercial construction; runs field operations on ground-up projects; no residential/single-family-only
• Key differentiator GROUND-UP project experience
• Strong-fit signals Pharma, healthcare, hospital, lab, or mission-critical projects; Procore; large-GC or strong regional-GC pedigree
• Software Procore strongly (clients not currently picky, but it helps)
• Required from candidate upfront Project list (company names alone are often enough to assess on a call)

Job Description

Criteria Superintendent

• Market comp range (attraction intel, not a client band) $125K-$180K base
• Additional comp Discretionary bonus standard with most clients; vehicle allowance client-dependent
