CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
- Oversee daily work activities, manage subcontractors, and track progress
- Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct routine site hazard inspections
- Help plan work schedules, read blueprints, and complete daily progress reports:
- Act as the main link between on-site workers and off-site project managers
- Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure work instructions are understood by workers
- Interpret and follow construction drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Ensure workmanship meets project specs, BCA codes, and company QA/QC requirements.
- Check setting out, levels, dimensions, and installation against approved drawings.
- Raise RFIs and report site problems, delays, or design clashes to Site Engineer/PM.
- Witness and record site tests: concrete slump, compaction, pressure test, etc.
- Enforce WSH regulations, MOM guidelines, and company safety rules on site.
- Ensure workers have valid passes, PPE, and toolbox training records.
- Report incidents, near misses, and maintain site safety housekeeping.
