CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Key Duties:
- Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project progress aligns with the master schedule.
Manpower Management: Supervise and lead a diverse team of workers, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management.
Safety Oversight: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Project Documentation: Handle all necessary project paperwork, including daily site reports, material requisitions, and safety logs.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets technical specifications and client requirements.
Job RequirementsProfessional Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of solid experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Mandarin for reporting and client coordination.
Technical Literacy: Competent in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and capable of managing digital project documentation.
Work Commitment: Ability to work a 6-day work week and commit to shift rotations as required by the project schedule.
Leadership Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to work in a fast-paced construction site environment.
