Oversee daily construction operations for solar projects, ensuring on-schedule execution, quality standards, and safety compliance while managing teams and materials.
Job Description & Requirements
- Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork, rebar, concreting, survey.
- To Supervise and manage daily project operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, aligning with quality standards and company protocols.
- To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;
- To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;
- To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;
- To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;
- To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
- To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;
- To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.
- To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
- Accept working outdoors,the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.

- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- At least Secondary school certificate
