CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the construction site to ensure daily site work targets are met.

• Monitor site processes and resolve any issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all safety and quality standards are adhered to.
• Provide guidance and training to site workers.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and maintain project reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction Supervisor .
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
