Construction Supervisor
Construction Supervisor – Lim’s Star Design & Contracts Pte Ltd
Salary : $3000 to $4500
Responsibilities:
- Site planning, coordination with workers, scheduling and technical support to Project Manager
- Able to interpret drawings and Calculation of Site Materials
- Prepare quotation
- Regular monitoring of project progress and reporting to Project Manager
- Liaising with Main / sub-contractor, attend meeting with clients.
- Other duties as delegated by the Management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Able to handle projects independently
- Skills - autocad, Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided drawings.
- Pleasant working attitude, self motivated, hardworking and creatively.
- Requires language: English, Chinese
- Immediately or within short notice to start work
