CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description & Requirements

• Supervise group of workers to carry out site work in accordance with construction schedule.
• Ensure smooth progress of site works
• Report all issues concerned on site works
• Assist to identify any environmental health irregularities and recommend measures
• To responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
• Liaise with subcontractors and relevant authorities
• Oversee maintenance of railroad tracks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Apply deep knowledge of rail infrastructure and track engineering fundamentals to maintain track integrity
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify faults or areas needing improvement in rails, ties, ballast, and drainage systems
• Develop and implement proactive maintenance and repair strategies based on inspection findings
• Coordinate with operations, safety, and engineering departments to plan and execute maintenance activities effectively
• Manage resources efficiently to support continuous railway operations and maintenance
• Stay updated on the latest industry standards and best practices to enhance track maintenance and safety
