Construction Supervisor
Summary
Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating workers, subcontractors, and stakeholders in Singapore.
KeyResponsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities, including site operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, and project progress.
- Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
- Assign tasks and oversee workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or non-compliance.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and suppliers.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance where necessary.
- Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, and site documentation.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and company procedures.
Job Requirements
· 3–5years of experience in construction site supervision
· Diploma, Higher NITEC, or Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· Relevant certifications are an advantage.
· Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and industry practices.
· Experience working with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
· Familiarity with the requirements of the relevant authorities and construction standards.
