Construction Supervisor

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Construction Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, manage sub-contractors, and ensure project milestones are met safely, within budget, and according to strict engineering quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily construction, civil, and structural activities on-site to ensure work aligns with project schedules, drawings, and specifications.

• Supervise site workers, sub-contractors, and equipment operators, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to site rules.

• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, conduct daily toolbox meetings, and maintain high standards of site safety and house-keeping.

• Inspect work quality, perform site checks, and resolve technical issues or discrepancies alongside engineers and project managers.

• Track daily site progress, material usage, manpower allocation, and submit daily progress reports to the Project Director/Manager.

• Coordinate logistics, delivery of construction materials, and machinery deployment on site.

• Assist in site inspections with relevant authority officers, clients, and consultants.
  

  Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in Singapore’s construction industry (building/civil works).

  • Possess valid Singapore Safety Certifications:

    • BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) / SSIC (Supervisory Safety Certificate)

    • Confined Space / Work at Height Supervisory Certificate (preferred).

  • Strong ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and M&E engineering drawings.

  • Good leadership, communication, and site management skills to lead diverse work crews.

  • Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations, BCA standards, and MOM safety guidelines.

  • Class 3 Driving License is an added advantage.
