construction supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to construction workers and monitor their work progress to ensure project timelines are met
• Supervise and coordinate construction workers on-site to maintain productivity and uphold safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align work activities with project goals
• Address and resolve worker issues promptly, including direct communication at dormitories when necessary
• Visit workers’ dormitories to communicate and resolve problems to support workforce well-being

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience supervising foreign workers to improve team management and communication
• Demonstrated leadership and manpower management skills to guide teams effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet tight project schedules
