Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily construction activities on site to achieve project progress, safety, and quality objectives
• Ensure all construction work complies with specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Manage and supervise direct workers and subcontractors to deliver projects within budget and scheduled timeframes
• Develop workforce plans for in-house workers to optimize resource allocation and productivity
• Collaborate with consultants, Resident Engineers (RE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), and in-house technical teams to resolve onsite discrepancies promptly
• Identify and anticipate construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues to implement proactive solutions
• Participate in subcontractor and client progress meetings to communicate updates and align project goals
• Coordinate and manage site materials and equipment delivery and storage to ensure efficient and cost-effective usage
• Apply knowledge and experience in condominium and deep basement construction to support project execution
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Directors
