Construction Supervisors (HVAC)
Oversee day-to-day mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and associated building services works. The role covers supervision of installation activities, coordination of services routing and interfaces, review of work sequencing, support for testing and commissioning, and management of quality, safety, and subcontractor performance across multiple disciplines.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in safety audits and daily toolbox meetings.
Communication: Maintain clear, regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of site progress. Work closely with stakeholders to support coordination and execution. Support preparation of weekly construction progress reports.
Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets the project's specifications and quality standards.
Coordinating Subcontractors: Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors.
Testing and Commissioning: Involved in system testing and commissioning activities, including line checking, pressure testing, flushing, reinstatement, and readiness for system handover.
Requirements
NTC / Higher NITEC /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Candidates with relevant trade qualifications and strong site-based construction experience may also be considered.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant construction supervision or site coordination experience.
Good understanding of construction site operations, work sequencing, and subcontractor coordination across project activities.
