CONSTRUCTION SUPERVSOR
Summary
Oversee construction site safety, conduct inspections, train workers, and implement safety programs for subcontractors and operations staff.
Responsibilities :
* Oversee and lead the safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company's system on site and able to train junior workers in their work
* Conduct safety inspection; assess Risk Assessment incident / accident investigation
* Conduct safety training, tool box meeting to all workers at site
* Assist with safety program implementation at workplace
* Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Manager on all safety and health issue
* Must be prepared for ad hoc weekend workings to meet project deadlines
Certificate needed:
1. Building Construction Safety Supervisor
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in representing the Electrical & Welding works3. Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
