Construction Technical Manager -Depot

Context

The EET Green line project is progressing into design and construction of the infrastructure. The maintenance and storage facilities are a key element of the project, requiring strong coordination between trades and optimized engineering to ensure fast-track construction.

Missions/Main Duties

• Ensure the smooth and efficient progress of all design phases for the depot facility.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely submission of all design deliverables and technical documentation.
• Organize and manage the internal design review process within the consultant team to maintain high quality and compliance.
• Lead and coordinate inputs across all engineering and design trades—including Architecture, Civil Works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and Control Systems.

Profile/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering
• 15-18 Years experience in the design of large-scale and complex industrial facilities.
• Strong preference for experience in railway maintenance and operation facilities, paired with a solid understanding of overall railway operations
• Proven ability to animate, lead, and guide technical workshops effectively
