Construction Warehouse / Form Yard Assistant

Form-Up Foundations is looking to hire an assistant in our Construction Warehouse & Form Yard. Candidate will be working under the Warehouse Manager to keep busy crews productive in field operations. Daily activities vary from loading & delivering trailers with materials to maintaining tooling & inventory to building of small projects. Requirements:

· Valid driver's license with good driving record.

• Ability to pass DOT Medical Card physical (company paid).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).

Necessary Skills:

· Ability to take direction and manage time when given tasks.

• Adaptable to changing needs of site throughout the day.
• Comfortable and confident with use of power tools.
• Experience with driving "work trucks" while trailered.
• Knowledge of building trades.

Desired Skills:

· Experience operating loading equipment: forklifts, telehandlers (Lulls), etc.

• Experience (or certifications) as Rigging / Signal Person.
• Experience in concrete construction (formwork, flatwork, rebar, etc.)
• Experience with tool and/or equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory and/or organization practices.

Compensation:

· Hourly rate; depending on experience. $20-22
