We are seeking a skilled and experienced consultant breast radiologist to join our esteemed medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and diagnosing a range of breast diseases using advanced imaging techniques. This role offers an opportunity to work in a cutting-edge facility dedicated to delivering high-quality breast imaging services and improving patient outcomes through accurate and timely diagnosis. As a consultant breast radiologist, you will collaborate closely with oncologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive breast care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and interpret breast imaging studies including mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI to detect and evaluate breast diseases.
  • Provide accurate diagnostic reports and recommendations to assist in patient management and treatment planning.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary breast care team including surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists.
  • Participate in breast cancer screening programs and contribute to early detection efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with imaging safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
  • Engage in continuous education, research, and professional development activities related to breast radiology.
  • Mentor junior radiology staff and support training initiatives within the radiology department.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization or fellowship in radiology, with focused expertise in breast radiology.
  • Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice as a breast radiologist.
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in breast imaging and radiology.
  • Proficient in advanced breast imaging techniques including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to provide accurate diagnostic assessments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
