We are seeking an experienced Consultant Cardiologist with an Australian Board qualification to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of cardiac conditions, perform advanced non-invasive and invasive cardiac procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognised medical institution

Recognised specialist qualification in Cardiology, including:

  • Australian Board Qualification (FRACP – Cardiology) or equivalent recognised qualification

Minimum 5 years of post-specialisation clinical experience preferred

Expertise in:

  • General and preventive cardiology
  • Coronary artery disease and acute coronary syndromes
  • Heart failure management
  • Cardiac arrhythmias
  • Hypertension and lipid disorders
  • Echocardiography, stress testing, and Holter monitoring
  • Cardiac catheterisation and coronary angiography (preferred)
  • Cardiovascular risk assessment and rehabilitation

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills

Commitment to evidence-based practice and multidisciplinary patient care
