Consultant cum Therapist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Consultant cum Therapist to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping clients achieve healthier hair and scalp while delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their scalp and hair concerns and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Perform professional scalp treatments and basic hair care services, including shampooing and blow-drying.
• Educate clients on proper scalp and hair care to support their treatment results.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
• Promote treatment packages and retail products to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Welcome clients, attend to enquiries, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Manage appointments, confirmations, and walk-in customers efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and sales transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and the proper upkeep of treatment rooms, equipment, and the reception area.
• Support daily outlet operations and perform any other duties assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
• Passion for hair, scalp wellness, beauty, or the wellness industry.
• Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in hair care or retail sales is preferred.
