What you'll be doing
As a Senior Consultant, you'll work closely with enterprise clients to deliver strategic Identity Security outcomes, including:
- Leading client workshops and discovery sessions
- Providing trusted advisory services to technical and executive stakeholders
- Designing and implementing enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions
- Developing Identity Security strategies and roadmaps
- Delivering Identity Governance (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives
- Designing secure authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
- Supporting Zero Trust and modern identity transformation programs
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to practice development
- Working across advisory, architecture, implementation and optimisation engagements
You'll bring a strong consulting background together with practical experience delivering enterprise Identity Security solutions.
Ideally you'll have experience with several of the following:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Okta
- SailPoint
- Saviynt
- CyberArk
- BeyondTrust
- Ping Identity
- Active Directory
- SSO, MFA and Conditional Access
- Identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Zero Trust security principles
- Azure and Microsoft cloud technologies
You'll also have:
- Experience working within a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical security solutions
- Experience delivering enterprise technology or cyber security projects
