Key responsibilities - Lead or support consulting engagements across GBM, from problem definition to implementation planning. - Analyze business processes, financial data, and market drivers to identify improvement opportunities. - Develop client-ready deliverables (e.g., assessments, roadmaps, business cases, operating models). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front office, risk, compliance, operations, technology) to align solutions. - Support change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption of new processes or tools. - Contribute to proposal development, project planning, and engagement governance (scope, timelines, risks). Required skills and qualifications - GBM domain knowledge (e.g., trading, sales, treasury, capital markets, or related banking products). - Consulting toolkit : structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and presentation/storytelling. - Project delivery : requirements gathering, process mapping, and implementation support. - Stakeholder management with the ability to influence at multiple seniority levels. - Data literacy : comfort working with KPIs, dashboards, and large datasets (tools as applicable). - Communication : clear written and verbal skills in a professional, client-facing context.
