The role will focus on developing and deploying AI-powered prompts and workflows that analyze borrower and credit application data to generate first-draft credit memos, improving underwriting efficiency and decision quality.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:9pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Design, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows and prompt frameworks within nCino.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Collaborate with business, credit, and technology teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Integrate AI capabilities with borrower, collateral, and credit data sources.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Test, evaluate, and optimize AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and usability.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Support deployment, user adoption, training, and knowledge transfer.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Create reusable accelerators and best practices for broader lending use cases.</span></li> </ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:9pt;">Required Qualifications</span></b></p><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data engineering, or solution implementation.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Hands-on experience with <b>LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, APIs, and cloud-based applications</b>.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Strong programming skills in <b>Python and/or JavaScript</b>.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</span></li> </ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:9pt;">Preferred Qualifications</span></b></p><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Experience with <b>nCino, Salesforce, or commercial lending platforms</b>.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Knowledge of <b>credit underwriting, credit memo preparation, borrower financial analysis, and lending operations</b>.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9pt;">Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated financial services environments.</span></li> </ul><p> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;"> </span></p>
