Consultant General Medicine

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant General Medicine to join our esteemed hospitals located in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general medicine and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. As a Consultant in General Medicine, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, managing patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations in outpatient and inpatient departments. - Manage and treat patients in the ICU, ensuring critical care protocols are followed. - Perform diagnostic tests such as ECG, Echo, and TMT as required. - Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate care as needed. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all interactions and treatment plans. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care. - Participate in hospital committees and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications: - MBBS, MD, or DNB in General Medicine. - A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting. - Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams. - Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with medical advancements. Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from 42.0 Lakh INR to 51.95 Lakh INR, along with additional incentives and accommodation benefits.
