Key Responsibilities:
🗺️ Map global SDR rechannelling pledges, legal feasibility, and disbursement gaps.
🏛️ Assess African country readiness and debt sustainability to absorb SDR flows.
🌿 Evaluate how PRGT, RST, and MDB hybrid capital indirectly unlock climate finance.
🤝 Conduct high-level consultations with IMF, MDBs, and African finance ministries.
📊 Deliver policy briefs, presentation decks, and advocacy toolkits.

Requirements:
🎓 Master's or PhD in Economics, Finance, or related field.
⏳ 15+ years in macroeconomic policy or development finance.
🗣️ Fluent English (French desirable).
