The successful candidate will provide expert neonatal care, focusing on critically ill and premature infants in a state-of-the-art NICU environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute treatment plans, ensuring optimal health outcomes and compassionate family support.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide specialized medical care to newborns requiring intensive neonatal support.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
- Perform neonatal procedures and interventions adhering to best practice standards.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding patient status, treatment options, and prognoses.
