Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological consultation and care
- Manage prenatal, antenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care effectively
- Perform gynecological surgeries including minimally invasive procedures when necessary
- Conduct routine health screenings and preventative care for female patients
- Educate patients regarding reproductive health, family planning, and wellness
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality and coordinated healthcare
- Stay abreast of latest clinical guidelines and advancements in the field of obstetrics and gynecology
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare group
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in obstetrics and gynecology
- Valid license to practice as a consultant obstetrics gynecologist
- Demonstrated experience in a similar consultant role within a reputed healthcare setting
- Proficient in performing a broad range of obstetric and gynecological surgeries
- Strong knowledge of maternal-fetal medicine and women's health care
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient and team interactions
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment
