Your Responsibilities

• Monitor construction project progress at asset and site levels against approved project schedules, milestones, and development plans.
• Track project timelines, identify schedule variances, and support risk assessments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in preparing project monitoring reports, highlighting key risks, delays, deviations, and mitigation measures.
• Conduct periodic site visits and verification exercises to validate physical progress and construction status.
• Review contractor and vendor invoices, ensuring alignment between completed work and payment requests.
• Monitor project cash flows and correlate physical progress with fund utilization and disbursement schedules.
• Support investment risk monitoring activities by evaluating project performance, cost overruns, schedule risks, and development challenges.

Key Skills Required

• Education:Graduation in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with post-graduation from NICMAR / RICS.
• 4–6 years’ experience in construction projects for real estate developments and investment risk monitoring/investment risk advisory/project monitoring.
• Support asset- and site-level progress monitoring against approved schedules and milestones.
• Assist in tracking project schedules, risks, and deviations, including overall risk profiling.
• Support invoice review, cash-flow monitoring, and linkage of physical progress with disbursements.
• Coordinate with site teams and investment fund representatives for reporting, site verification, and fund-release support.
